The tech arrived timely and proceeded to check out the situation. He was professional and knowledgeable. My system was working great when he left.
Rolando’s H.V.A.C. did an outstanding job at our home. They installed a split-system air conditioner in the garage and relocated our existing HVAC equipment around the corner of the house. Was early and very thorough explained everything in detail and was very patient when explaining
Rolando’s HVAC came out for 3 separate projects/ sealing unit, cleaning ducts, and cleaning coils. They were very thorough, friendly, and timely, from start to clean up. Very happy with all the work they did,

We have Rolando’s handle our maintenance of our HVAC and mini split unit. They suggested we install insulation in the attic of the garage (mini split cooling) and had them complete this as well. Rolandos HVAC Spent alot of time making things right that need done from the initial installation of years ago, its been running much better since there visit, thank you so much for the service in this heat.
This company straight up lied to me about some service work and air conditioner needed. They gave me a quote of about $7,000 come to find out they didn't even have electricity at the unit to check it, I do not recommend this company
Very fast clean and professional. Even cleaned parts that weren't their mess. The only issue I had was my email said to expect them at 9am and the office dispatch said their system said 8am so I almost missed them.
Ernesto was great! He was kind and informative! Our AC sounds and works a lot better now, thank you :)
Super professionales, un trabajo exelente en todo sentido, un equipo de tecnicos à la altura del trabajo, los recomiendo 💯porciento, es una compania muy seria, los precios no tienen rival, muy satisfecho con el trabajo realizado.

Had a stellar experience with Rolando’s. Stop reading this review and just call them. They were responsive, thorough, transparent, and extremely fair on pricing. Rolando quoted a Goodman AC for my home in South Tampa in 2024. At the time, his price was very competitive and his reviews were stellar. The job was a difficult one with unforeseen challenges: a tight attic, old ductwork, and what turned out to be a defective AC unit. Rolando's team spent countless hours…

After 3 days of suffering with no AC, I called Rolando’s HVAC service and he was very friendly, punctual and his technician Yonny was courteous and proficient. He resolved my A.C. Problem in 20 minutes( electrical) I would recommend him to anyone in need of repairs. This is the type of service you want when you have any HVAC issues!
I have never met a company so respectful, professional, productive, proficient. They did the duct work at my home. They were super friendly, answered all my questions. When they got there they laid down some tarps so they wouldn’t dirty the floor so much, they even vacuumed as they were leaving. I would definitely recommend and reuse!!!!!
Rolando’s HVAC was truly amazing. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will never use anyone else again!
Great communication, timely, and didn't try to upcharge on anything. Highly recommend

Great job!! Showed me the before and after pictures of the coils being cleaned, what a difference! It looks brand new and I could tell the difference immediately :)
Really professional and knowledgeable. I’ve had my maintenance man come and check out my AC 3 separate times and they could not figure it out. Finally they called in the professionals at Rolando, AC has been piping cold ever since!!
Darel was very nice, professional, knew what he was doing, and got my AC back up and running again. Thank you Darel & Rolando's HVAC. 5 Stars 🌟
Service tech Yuniel L. is highly recommended! We had multiple technicians from different companies try to fix our AC issue, but none were able to get the job done—until Yuniel came. Yuniel did a very thorough job servicing and repairing my AC unit today. He even showed me before and after photos of all of the work. He made sure all was working properly before he left and left nothing behind to be cleaned up. Very courteous and focused service. Thank you!
Jorge is definitely helpful and super knowledgeable. As a first time home owner people that are willing to help and explain what needs to get done are a gem and needed in this world. Keep up the great work!
Very professional took care of problem and was very nice
Fast and professional
Ronaldo was very professional and clean. Incredibly thorough. Currently renting a house where it looks like hvac had never been serviced since 2001! Office is very good with communication as well.
Amazing 🤩 I’m happy with the service , Jorge was very helpful
They always seem to do a good job and fix the problem, but every appointment i have had they are always hours late for thier scheduled time. It is the same excuse every time that there was an emergency. Once ok, but three times in a row. No way.
We were in 91 to 92 degrees in our home. They came out to emergency request in a timely fashion. The technician Jorge found the issue in 10mns. Yahoo! We can breathe
knowledgeable and friendly service.
Jorge did a great job at servicing our units. Friendly and provided very helpful info. I highly recommend this company. The previous company I was using, Hawkings, seemed to be more concerned with just selling additional services and possibly telling me I needed repairs on things that weren't essential.
Awesome vendor. Quick response time. Even when we ran into an issue they showed up the next day on a weekend and worked late into night until issue was resolved. Would recommend to anyone
Super fast and good work done.
The gentleman came and did exactly what was needed
Don't have anything negative to say great staff very professional the tech knew what he was doing cleaned up the work area, absolutely 💯 great company and they speak Spanish as well will recommend them to any one in Tampa Bay .

Jorge was very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous. He understood the concern, previous issue and was able to get our AC back blowing cold in under an hour!

The service call was scheduled immediately when I messaged them and they came when they said they would. The tech was courteous, professional and my ac is now working superbly!!
Came at the time scheduled, got the ac working again(new system in a remodel rental) very quickly. But made the drain line extension too long and has since backed up and need to be vacuumed to assist in draining..

Great service.Very professional and courteous.
Technician was punctual, respectful and very professional.
I’m renting my home. Progress residential recommended an electrician to come to the property for circuit breaker. The technician did not access that at all and when I mentioned it to him but he barely spoke English. I wasn’t confident when he left. I’m still having issues. I need someone to come who really knows…
Rolandos HVAC technician Ernesto came out to service the AC in my rented house. He immediately identified several issues with the unit. He corrected each and every fault reran the drain line and sealed the unit. I recommend Rolando’s 100% for all your HVAC needs!!!

Excellent service!!
Jose took the time to do a proper job of flushing my AC lines. This is the third company that’s been out to help me in the last 3 months. I recommend this company and particularly this tech highly
I had 2 Worker-Bees to re-replace the (22 year old) air conditioner unit in our home. Both workers worked as a team and did one heck of an excellent job
Yuniel Liranza ran the xtra mile and got my a/c fixed … he found some issues that other technicians from other company didn’t catch. Rolando’s is 100% recommended!!
Yuniel was so professional. Did an amazing job. We're very grateful!!

Another fantastic job by Rolando's H.V.A.C. This company and crew are awesome. They are excellent and efficient in diagnosing a problem and resolving it. 5 Stars again!
Excellent.
I've had 3 different companies come out to "repair" our A/C. All of them just want to vacuum the drain pipe and call it good. Every time, I would have to put a bucket under the drain and just pull the plug. These guys went above and beyond making sure it would not plug up again anytime soon, cleaned and serviced…
I had a new a/c system installed by Rolando last year and was very happy with the entire process including the cost! Such a great experience! Give them a call for all your A/c needs! You will not be disappointed !!
Company was on time and love they called to let me know they was in route
