Romex Pest & Termite Control
Romex Pest & Termite Control at a glance
Reviewers frequently cite punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication as strengths of the monthly pest control services. However, a recurring pattern in low-star reviews highlights significant issues with missed appointments, lack of pre-arrival notifications, and ineffective treatments requiring multiple follow-ups. Additionally, several customers expressed frustration regarding mandatory annual contracts, high cancellation fees, and perceived billing errors, which contributed to negative experiences despite some praise for individual technician professionalism.

Wes is the best!!! We love seeing his face on Romex days. He has NEVER given less than 110 percent. He lifts cushions on all patio furniture checking and spraying for things. He will find the source of an ant problem faster than anyone I’ve ever seen! He truly respects what he does and takes pride in his work. Wish we could have him every time!!
