So happy to have my car back in top shape! They did a great job with the repairs my car needed! One of the most valuable things in life as an adult is having a reliable mechanic you can rely on! I took it to Honda originally and they quoted me waaaaaay more and did not put the care or love my car needed so when I…
Great experience!
Stopped in quick for a headlight repair. Service was wonderful and they got me in and out quickly
The explanation on why I should change my transmission fluid was presented clearly. They take the time with their customers. They are reasonable in the price of repairs.
We appreciate the professional, thorough job that Ron‘s Auto does.
Excellent work done, they fixed my tires and helped me identify the cause of the issue
One of the friendliest places to go if you are having any car troubles! They took the time to look at all aspects of my car and thoroughly explained what was going on. Can’t recommend them enough! :)
Our Pacifica began to miss on Interstate 35. Pulled off at the north Ames exit and shut the car down. Restarted it and it still had the problem. Knew that we would have to get it looked at. 2 o’clock in the afternoon doesn’t leave much time! I checked Google maps and Ron’s shop was the first one that came up and had…
Great reception, great team and work. They were really nice and fixed the issue.
Ron's auto repair always does a fantastic job for us. I have been using them for years. Richard, Keith and the crew there are always very transparent and have great communication. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.
We had a fantastic experience with Ron's Auto Repair Center! We had a wheel bearing and axel failure on our truck with a truck camper installed. They worked on our rig with the camper installed, and Keith was fantastic at communicating what needed to be done and the cost. The entire team was great, and they…
Went in for AC repair. Riley worked with the car for about 2 days total. He refreshed the ac, found that the blender had failed and needed to be replaced, got the part within a day, and fixed it the same day. On top of that, he inspected the vehicle and found that it had a broken sway bar. Very low cost additional…
We've used Ron's for several years now and have always been very happy with them.
I've been taking my cars to Ron's Auto for over 10 years. They always shoot me straight and don't try to upsell things I don't need. My expectations have been met or exceeded every time. This most recent visit, I appreciated the time they took to explain the repair process, why it was necessary and the pros & cons…
I have always found the staff at Ron's Auto Repair Center to be very professional and knowledgeable. If there is a problem they don't understand, they make an effort to learn more. I've been very happy going there.
I have been using Rons Auto for several years now and I have always had good experiences. They are honest, timely and always get the job done!
I have taken my car here multiple times for issues ranging from a full transmission replacement to a simple oil change. They are always near the phone to answer any questions you may have and have even offered me a ride home after I dropped my car off before! The service department is very knowledgeable and open to…
Very fast and professional
I’ve been to Ron’s a couple of times in the past month. Once for repair and once for a routine oil change. They have been excellent each time. Super helpful, dependable, and kind. I recommend them regularly!
My parents and I have been a loyal customers for many years! They are always professional, and they will give me a call if they find anything. Because of Ron’s Auto, I’ve been able to keep my 20-year-old car in excellent condition and running beautifully since buying it all those 20 years ago. Great job!
Quick, competent, and complete! Thank you!
The guys were great and informative! Saved me money!!! Will go back again
Explained car issues in terms I could understand.
Easy early bird drop off in the evening, inspection report by text link the next morning, then proceed with service. Very convenient.
My car overheated while driving on the highway and blew a radiator hose. I had it towed to Ron's as they were an AAA preferred shop. They were able to look at it the next business day and easily replaced the burst hose. The staff were prompt with communication and I really enjoyed receiving updates via text message.…
Amazing. Very helpful. Will definitely use them again.
As always exceeded my expectations
I’m new to the area, so when coolant was pouring out of my car, I shortlisted a few places to seek help. Ron’s fit me in immediately. They provided a report after a full look-through. This definitely impressed me and immediately engendered my trust. Based on the proof they showed me, I also asked them to change my…
Great service, very professional, kind, and willing to answer any question I had. Made me feel comfortable even though I know very little about cars!
Our car was flashing lights and we been to other repairs shop but still the same. Thank you for Ron's because did a really good job . I high recommended this to all my friends and family. Keep it up the amazing work.
Ron's was able to diagnose our cars issue after another shop misdiagnosed the issue. They let us know that we just needed to change spark plugs after another shop said we needed to replace the whole top end of the car. I'm glad we brought it to them as they saved us thousands of dollars. They run a clean shop, are…
Our steering wheel is upside down. I asked if it was drivable and you said yes - how is it drivable with the steering wheel upside down and I can't see the dash. What if my child was in the car, how did you even let this car on the road. You didn't tell us anything else was wrong until we asked you to fix it.…
As always, service you can trust. Repairs were done in a very timely manner. I like that fact that they text and email photos from the vehicle inspection and clearly explain what items need attention and what can wait. No one likes to spend money on repairs, but with Ron's Auto Repair Center, I am always confident…
They always do great work.
When I first moved to Ames, a coworker immediately told me that Ron’s was the only place they trusted with their vehicle. In 5 years I’ve never had anything but outstanding service. They are extremely honest and reliable. I took my vehicle in for a travel check for an upcoming trip and they were up front and told me…
