My daughter dropped off my keys after my car was towed their from a collision. She was impressed by the way she was greeted and how the situation was handled. I brought my truck to Ron’s Auto because it was overheating. They replaced the radiator, thermostat, and flushed the coolant and did a full vehicle inspection. About two weeks later the truck started overheating again, so I brought it back. Before even fully diagnosing it, the owner told me he believed it was a…
I called Ron’s Auto because they had great online ratings and were A+ on BBB with no complaints. I spoke to Keith about what I may be up against with my van. It was a stressful situation but by the end of our conversation he assured me the shop could help. I had my van towed from another place and put my trust that…
Ron's Auto Repair is x always very thorough in the services they provide. This was a regular oil change and maintenance. The6 checked to see if any other maintenance needed to be done to prevent future problems.
Very friendly staff and got us in right away for a used car inspection! They provided a thorough report with photos and called to go through the details which was very helpful. Plus, their price was lower than others we checked that had wait times. Definitely would recommend them!
Communicated well, seem professional and thorough
As a college girl finding a place to get my car fixed is intimidating and can be challenging. Ron’s popped up with great reviews so I called and they fit me in later that day! Very kind people, took care of my car and did an evaluation on my car, better than basic expectations. At the end he even showed me how to…
Ron's auto repair always does a fantastic job for us. I have been using them for years. Richard, Keith and the crew there are always very transparent and have great communication. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.
Went in for AC repair. Riley worked with the car for about 2 days total. He refreshed the ac, found that the blender had failed and needed to be replaced, got the part within a day, and fixed it the same day. On top of that, he inspected the vehicle and found that it had a broken sway bar. Very low cost additional…
I've been taking my cars to Ron's Auto for over 10 years. They always shoot me straight and don't try to upsell things I don't need. My expectations have been met or exceeded every time. This most recent visit, I appreciated the time they took to explain the repair process, why it was necessary and the pros & cons…

I called Ron’s because we were in desperate need to have our working truck fixed. The truck started having a deep sound on the drivers side and within one day it became worst to the point that we felt like it was not safe for us to drive. We are contractors and we travel for work, the owner kindly assisted me and…
I’m new to the area, so when coolant was pouring out of my car, I shortlisted a few places to seek help. Ron’s fit me in immediately. They provided a report after a full look-through. This definitely impressed me and immediately engendered my trust. Based on the proof they showed me, I also asked them to change my…
Ron's was able to diagnose our cars issue after another shop misdiagnosed the issue. They let us know that we just needed to change spark plugs after another shop said we needed to replace the whole top end of the car. I'm glad we brought it to them as they saved us thousands of dollars. They run a clean shop, are…
