Customers frequently highlight the company's punctuality, professional demeanor, and clear communication regarding repairs for drains, toilets, and water heaters. However, several low-star reviews criticize a pattern where advertised low-cost drain services result in significantly higher final charges or upsells for additional treatments like hydro jetting.

Angel from Rooter Man did a fantastic job and explained everything clearly. He told us the issues and fixed the problem at hand. Angel was a great plumber and we appreciate his hard word, punctuality, and clear language (for us non plumbers). I called at 945 with my blocked drain issue, got a plumber here in 45 minutes, fixed the issue by 1130. I'm very happy. I would recommend this company for fast, friendly, and honest service.
