We had Rose do 2 garage door tune ups today. Communication and expectations were great. They have an easy to use online scheduling system. They text you when they are on the way and provide a google maps link so you can track their process and be ready. Tyler clear explained what he was doing and gave options for possible improvements but was no at all pushy. He let me know prices and options and expectations of when the work might be needed in the future. It's reassuring to have found a new garage door maintenance company after our old guy retired. It's also nice to know that when we need work in the future we'll know who's coming (tyler) and that we trust them. Also the price is right and a fraction of the big companies as they don't have the overhead.

5-star service all around! Tyler and the team at Rose Garage Door Solutions did an exceptional job replacing our old garage door with a new insulated DoorLink model. The communication was great throughout the entire process, and the installation quality was top-tier. They even installed some Green Hinges I supplied separately without charging anything extra. The new door is smooth, quiet, and looks great. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area needing garage door work!

Highly recommend Rose Garage Door Solutions! Unlike big franchises or automated call centers, you get to speak directly with the owners who genuinely care. They are a wonderful local husband-and-wife team. The service was honest, professional, and thorough, with very fair pricing. It feels great to support a local business that operates with such integrity. My garage door is working perfectly now!

Mr. Rose is a friend of mine. We went to high school together. He’s quite the funny dude. But professionally, there’s no greater friend. Haven’t seen him in years and he comes a day after I call with an issue, and fixed the problem fast and gave new life to my door. Extremely courteous and very proficient. If you’re reading this review wondering, “should I?” Yes. Yes you should. He’s VERY good people and you can’t put a price on piece of mind. Excellent work! Thanks brother!!!

My garage door spring broke in Carmel, Indiana and Rose Garage Door was able to come out and get everything fixed promptly while making the entire process painless. Pricing was transparent and Tyler was even kind enough to let me stand there and yap his ear off understanding more about my door. Would recommend this provider to anyone!

Tyler and his helper replaced the broken spring on my garage door, they arrived on time and completed the job in 20 minutes. Very pleasant and cordial, explained everything and didn’t pressure to upsell anything like some do.The price was very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend!
