Customers frequently highlight prompt scheduling, clear communication, and fair pricing for services including roof replacements, leak repairs, and vent installations. Reviewers note that crews often complete work within a day and provide thorough cleanup, while the owner actively engages with feedback. However, lower-rated reviews criticize rushed workmanship, inconsistent material usage, and difficulties with insurance claim payments or site coordination.

The work was fast and top notch. I had some slight structural issues and they took care of it but didn't raise the price. This is my second time using Rose Roofing and I definitely recommend them. A job well done..

Thank you Mr. Griffis for giving us a second chance on working on your roof. The color you picked (Driftwood) came out beautiful. Let us know if you need other assistance in the future.
Rose Roofing made this entire process easy from start to finish. My questions and concerns were answered upfront, and these guys are absolute pros. The roof itself was a one-day build, and they cleaned up the entire mess as if they were never there. My neighbor even said they inspected their side to verify no mess came over. I’d recommend this company to anyone.
You're welcome Zach! We really appreciate you giving us a chance on working on your beautiful home. We are happy you and your neighbor enjoyed the process of us replacing your roof.

Thank you Mr. Brown for the review. We are happy that we can fix all your roofing leaks quickly at a reasonable price. Let us know when you want to start the next project together.
They were able to come out the same day I called to provide a quote. Aldridge assessed the situation and clearly explained what was causing the leak. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me or pressure me into believing that a completely new roof was the only solution.
It was a Friday, and although they don’t work weekends, they came back first thing Monday and got the work completed. They were professional, honest, and reasonably priced for the work that actually needed to be done.
It’s refreshing to find a company that is focused on solving the problem rather than trying to sell you something you don’t need.
