I was disappointed with my experience here. I had my glasses made somewhere else, but when I came back because the prescription turned out to be significantly off, I was told I needed to pay $50 for another eye exam.
I understand that I had my glasses made at a different location, but I feel that since the prescription was incorrect, and not even a month old, I shouldn’t have been charged again just to have my eyes rechecked. I expected better customer service and more consideration for the situation. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like the focus was more on charging me than helping resolve the problem. I will never go there again!

We’re sorry this experience left you feeling unsupported. We respect your choice to purchase glasses elsewhere; however, that provider is responsible for verifying the finished eyewear. Because we cannot determine whether the issue lies with the prescription, measurements, or lens fabrication without taking a significant amount of time, we have a fee to do this assessment.
