Horrible experience. Time window went from 8-10 am. No show told additional hour numerous times. Didn’t show up until 3:45. Then the price was outrageous. Bad customer service.

I recently had a sewer back up and it turned into extensive sewer issues needing to be repaired. Although this was unexpected and costly, the crew sent out to do the repairs was professional and trustworthy. They took exception care of me and explained everything. I am extremely happy with the work they performed.

Our experience with Roto-Rooter was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. First, we were given an appointment window of 8–10 AM. After waiting an hour and a half, we were told the technician was running late and wouldn’t arrive until 2 PM. We rearranged our entire schedule around this new time. Then, after receiving a call that the technician was only 30 minutes away, we still waited over an hour for him to arrive. The lack of consideration for our time was unacceptable. Second, the person who arrived was not a plumber, and all we needed was a basic kitchen sink unclogging. We were charged $700 simply for the technician to use a longer snake to clear the drain. No additional repairs or services were performed. I understand that emergency services can cost more, but $700 for this straightforward job is absolutely excessive in my opinion. We were dealing with an urgent plumbing issue, and that urgency left us feeling like we had little choice but to proceed. Customers should not feel taken advantage of simply because they need help quickly. Between the hours of delays, poor communication, and the outrageous price for such a basic service, this was an extremely disappointing experience. If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I will be filing a formal complaint.

Gustavo from Roto-Rooter did an outstanding job! He came out late in the day and still took on a very difficult job of removing roots that were lodged underneath my bathroom shower. He was professional, hardworking, and determined to get the job done right, even though it was a tough and time-consuming task. I really appreciated his dedication and willingness to stick with it until the problem was taken care of. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes that much pride in their work.
