This company scammed me, charged $5k+ for a $1500-$3000 job. Just for them to not even make sure the job was fully complete and the leak issue was fully handled. Tenants call there is still a leak and had to get a different plumbing company to come and actually fix the issue.. Lesson learned will never be using this company again and I hope many others don’t as well.

Fast response. Jude was quick and professional. Great communication. He deserves 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖. Then the camera crew came in. Examined the pipe and determined it needed to be descaled. I saw it, it did. THEN the descale tech came in and did a phenomenal job cleaning out the pipe. I wish I could remember their names. All friendly and professional.

While the gentleman who showed up was professional and nice- I have a few things worth mentioning, first: they have it posted everywhere that they have measures in line to show their “respect” of your time and that’s why they call and text to confirm everything and to let you know when they’re on their way, when they will arrive etc. but we had no idea they were even coming… we scheduled the initial appointment and then needed to reschedule.. neither were confirmed… the day it was supposed to be rescheduled to arrives and they just show up, at 8am… we have a newborn.. they never called, emailed or texted at ANY point, just showed up and rang the doorbell at 8am.. no explanation, no apology just “oh dispatch takes care of all that, not me” ok fine, we got the baby situated and the gentleman was able to proceed.. we needed one drain snaked, it took him 30 minutes and it was $800…. Yes we’re happy to have a clear drain, $800 though is an insane price for one drain and 30 mins of work, a pissed off newborn & ZERO communication from the company. Do better, if you’re going to charge an arm & a leg at least follow through with what you’re advertising all over your website as respect.

If I could, I'd give Roto Rooter a ten. I dealt with multiple Roro employees that emergency day, and every one of them were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and patient with me either in person or over the phone. No robots... one on one... great service. They ran into a problem, called another one of their technicians to come out and problem solved. Thank you everyone at Roto-Rooter.
