My plumbing experience with Roto-Rooter was incredible!! It was a Sunday And Roto-Rooter sent over Christian To check out a leaky toilet of mine. He was able to fix the problem very quickly and was so informative. I’m definitely going to call him back for anything That I need plain wise!!

Christian arrived within the estimated time I had been given and presented a very professional yet kind demeanor. He looked at a repair for an angle stop on my toilet and prepared the estimate to proceed with service. I forwarded the estimate to my landlord who stated he did not want to pay the amount so Christian was not able to do the repair. He remained friendly, professional and talkative while waiting to hear back from my landlord. I would highly recommend calling Roto-Rooter. I was so impressed they came out fast to fix my broken toilet- leak. there were a few issues so it wasn't a simple job. he was very patient and thorough. The plumber was highly skilled, professional, and worked very late until the job was done. he even cleaned up very well after it he finished. I called Roto-Rooter for the second time just for a small adjustment and they came out within a couple hours. such excellent service.. and the plumber did a great job
