I had a very nice and knowledgeable young man come to my house. I had a leaky faucet in my bathtub. Also the water in the bathtub drained slowly. The young man's name is Christian. He did an outstanding job fixing this issue. I had been having this problem for 2 mouths so I was very happy with Christian's work. Roto Rooter is the place to call for any issue you have.

We had a great experience. We had a clogged slow draining bathroom shower, so while it was not a huge emergency they still came within two hours. He explained everything and did a great job and was very pleasant. I do think for unclogging a shower drain it was a little high priced, but we did not shop around. Thank you, Roto Rooter.

Augustine came out within a few hours after we called. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and quickly identified the problem. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and he did thoughtful troubleshooting. Fortunately, it was a simple fix that he explained we could do it ourselves (my husband and I just needed to push in a pipe into a rubber clamp). Since it was so simple, he only charged the dispatch fee ($100) rather than the full cost of a repair ($450).
If you need to do a repair, check the website for coupons. The website has better coupons than the app ($55 off a repair vs $15 off a repair).
Overall I would highly recommend Roto Rooters. Their professionalism, personable customer service, efficiency, and quickness in dispatching were valuable so we could get back to using our kitchen sink. Thank you Augustine!! Also shout out to Monica for her wonderful help scheduling a dispatcher and the ease of communication.

Prompt service and got 20' of roots out of my external trench/french drains. And he had to do some digging too! Price was a bit high but they got it done quickly and I survived the nor'easter without a hitch. No one likes little jobs anymore so it was refreshing to have to Roto-Rooter save the day.

Quoted $695 for a non-emergency to clear a shower drain. Gave the go-ahead, thinking it was going to take at least an hour to get through a nasty clog. But they were done in 15 min. I asked if they could reduce the price since it was such an easy fix. Response: no, sorry, can't do that, company policy. So, how do I feel about the experience? One word: taken.
