Excellent service, very professional, did all the necessary paperwork along with taking care of the insurance claim. The team that came to clean up the basement did a very good job.as well. They alsi seng me a detailed email regarding the services they privided. I would recommend them.

James and Lucas did a great job repairing the leak from my bathroom. Very friendly and professional.<br><br>Highly recommend the service. Also Lance was excellent on communication and guidance during the process.

Jim was super thoughtful and knowledgeable and did an amazing job!<br><br>Edit: Steve was also super great! He showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue, and then fixed it just as quickly. He showed me what was going on with our pipes and was able to walk me through the future repairs as well. Highly recommend asking if you need emergency services like we did!

The service was done with a $700.00 + surprise . Some additional work was required while replacing the drain shoe to my bathtub. Was not expecting that .<br>Regardless, the technicians were very thorough and informed me of every necessary changes that I occurred which impacted the initial repair. After almost 2,000.00 dollars the issue was resolved even though I was still advised to use some drain cleaner because the drain still runs slow . SMH .<br>If you need immediate repairs call them if not look around for savings their has to be more reasonable service available.

Completed the cleaning, but they did nothing to support my insurance claim or documentation. Everything that was trashed did not get properly documented and has caused my personal property claim to be declined thus everything they threw out I will not receive payment for. Also, the subcontractors they hired brought back molded items after the cleaning had already taken place, months later. Communication is zero to none for documentation, once the actual cleaning process is complete.

Way overpriced. I booked in a rush but I highly encourage using a local plumber because the prices are insane. $300 for maybe 10 minutes of work. I refused the full work that needed to be done because they said even if they get equipment out it would be $700.
