Google reviewers for Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup in Phoenix, AZ, highlight rapid response times, clear communication, and thorough explanations of plumbing issues. Customers frequently note that technicians arrive promptly, often within two hours, and provide detailed cost estimates before beginning work on drains, toilets, or water cleanup. However, recurring criticisms in lower-rated reviews focus on high pricing, perceived bait-and-switch tactics regarding advertised rates, and difficulties with follow-up service or warranty claims after initial visits.

Tech was very thorough and explained what it could cost me if he had to snake the drain before he started work. Checked at intervals to make sure things were fixed and told me what clogged the drain! Jordan was great!

Bait and switch. They advertise snake drain service up to $109 but charged basically 3 times that. I'd waited for the appointment so wasn't going to cancel once the price was different here. The service was performed so it's a neutral rating.

Jordan did a great job helping me with a plumbing issue in my bathroom. I needed the water lines capped off temporarily while I prepare for a bathroom remodel, and he took care of everything quickly and professionally. The work was clean, the caps are secure with no leaks, and he made sure everything was in good shape before finishing up. Jordan was knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. I really appreciated the quality of his work and would definitely recommend him for plumbing work.

Mason was our technician today. He was very polite and gave us a complete explanation of what our kitchen drain problem was and explained how he was going to fix it in terms we could understand. Mason was able to clear our drain and gave us ways to prevent the problem from happening again. Mason was neat and left no mess when he was done. We will definitely use you again. Thank you.
