Terrence is top notch! Roto rooter always comes through. Terrence and Bryce diagnosed the issues and rectified them very quickly. They also gave us information on a plan going forward to help lessen the chances of the same issues reoccurring. Highly recommend Roto Rooter .

One day my washer began to overflow into the neighboring sink causing it to spill onto the floor every time the washer drum would drain. I called Smart rooter & Plumbing and they were able to provide a quote for two possible repair options and showed up within the hour to begin the repair. They cleared the drain within 30 minutes and pointed out preventative measures that could be implemented to improve our laundry set up. I asked for additional recommendations since I had been thinking of upgrading the appliances. When the work was complete, I was given a breakdown and quote on the spot for how to implement the upgrade I had in mind. Overall, I highly recommend this company as it was fast professional service.
