Vincente was great, this is the 3rd time he has serviced my home. He explained everything he would be doing, went over possible consequences of his treatment, and then checked his work several times before cleaning up his tools. I would have no problem with him coming back if needed.

Very happy with the plumber you sent and how quickly you responded to my drain clog. But the price was double what you charged for the same service in the recent past. $800. is too high for the service on one drain.

We had a cogged basement drain Friday at 5:30. Called Roto-Rooter and talked to a real person, not an AI assistant. She was great! Serviceman arrived on time and fixed the issue that evening at a fair price.

Prompt service, well after hours, that was well explained and executed.

My basement drainage experienced a clog, resulting in an overflow. Rotor Rooter promptly scheduled a technician to arrive on the same day, within an hour! Vicente provided excellent service in diagnosing, explaining, and resolving the issue. I will certainly recommend their services.

The technician showed up within the time frame promised. He assessed the problem and when his initial solution didn't yield positive results, he dropped back to plan B, which was 100% accurate and resulted in the the clearing of a very clogged drain pipe.

Service was fast and complete. The technician was thorough, friendly. He explained everything so I could understand what the problem was and how he was going to correct it.

My home had a clogged laundry drain. We paid $900.00 and the tech was here for an hour. Hardly worth the labor. Get a snake and do it yourself. Convenance was not worth it. Not for an hours worth of work.

Vincente was really professional and helpful in investigating what was going on with my kitchen sink. I had already had 2 plumbers come and check it out and after a couple of days, the sink will clog up again. Vincente found the root of the problem and explained to me the step by step process of how he was going to fix it.

Missed 3 hour points when business drain was clogged and was an emergency. Then didn’t explain that they will charge over $2000 to do it. Could’ve bought a machine and done it ourselves and still ave money.

Victor Lyan was awesome. We had a big clog and he went above and beyond to help us out. He spent more time than we had anticipated trying to get the job done right. Highly recommended!

We had a complete failure with all bathroom fixtures. We had a small issue Tuesday and on Wednesday Chal came to the rescue. He is a total professional.

Chal came today to fix and repair a drain clog . My utility sink and shower both were not draining properly. He fixed both . Everything is working great now . I requested chal because he did other jobs for me in the past and I’ve always been pleased with his work .
