Vincente arrive and was kind from the start. He was able to get the object stuck out of the garbage disposal and made sure everything was working properly. He answered all my questions. He also cleaned the sink once we confirmed everything was working.

Plumber came about an hour or so after the 2 hour window. Spent 15 minutes assessing. Provided a proposal of ~$729 to snake our drain. Felt the tactic of showing up and charging 2-3x the amounts advertised or mentioned on the web is unconscionable. Further, EVERYTHING was $729 +. i HAD NO CHOICE AS WE WERE…
