Vicente was an excellent technician! He gave a thorough explanation of the issue (defective P-trap under our bathroom sink) and was transparent with the quote. Malik was very professional. Able to pinpoint the problem. Originally we thought the issue was a blockage of flushable wipes, but after snaking 100 ft the problem wasn’t resolved and we will need other people to come out and excavate my floor.
