Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Vicente was an excellent technician! He gave a thorough explanation of the issue (defective P-trap under our bathroom sink) and was transparent with the quote. The work was performed efficiently and effectively. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and specifically Vicente for any plumbing needs.

Go 5461 was absolutely fantastic during a difficult day. He explained so much of how my water and sewage pipes work in my home, and included me and each step of the diagnosis, fix, and clean up afterwards. I will request Go every time I have plumbing needs or emergencies!

Malik was very professional. Able to pinpoint the problem. Originally we thought the issue was a blockage of flushable wipes, but after snaking 100 ft the problem wasn’t resolved and we will need other people to come out and excavate my floor.

Larry got here so fast and solved our problem! We were horrified walking into our laundry room to find the utility sink full and the carpet flooded. Larry took the time to fix it and now we are up and running again!
