EDITED: They were prompt but ultimately failed to find the leak in my bathroom. I ended up finding it myself by turning the toilet supply valve on/off -- it was the toilet. I asked for my money back to cover the holes they cut in my walls while failing to find the leak. They returned it. I appreciated the prompt followup and making it right.
