In my apartment, I had a leakage in my pipe and Aung Came during the holiday and repaired and replaced our pipes. Very grateful Aung came to our aid even during Labor Day!
Vincente was great, this is the 3rd time he has serviced my home. He explained everything he would be doing, went over possible consequences of his treatment, and then checked his work several times before cleaning up his tools. I would have no problem with him coming back if needed.
Our service technician Vicente # 3648 did an awesome job from beginning to end. He was professional, well mannered, on time and very friendly. "That's hard to find nowadays." He took the time to look for the problem and walk us through the steps needed to fix the issue. His work was very professional, I didn't have…
EDITED: They were prompt but ultimately failed to find the leak in my bathroom. I ended up finding it myself by turning the toilet supply valve on/off -- it was the toilet. I asked for my money back to cover the holes they cut in my walls while failing to find the leak. They returned it. I appreciated the prompt followup and making it right.
Very professional service and flat rate included coming back for a second day (on a Sunday) to install a replacement part and fix the leak. Thank you!
Great experience working with Roto-Rooter today! Vincente was extremely thorough in looking for the suspected leak in our ceiling. He walked us through a process of elimination step-by-step, turning on various faucets, showers, and flushing toilets to see where it might be coming from. Ultimately, it wasn't a…
Mr. Chal was very helpful and explained the problem thoroughly. He was in and out in less than 2 hrs came on time as well. The price is a little steep but i guess you have to pay for peace of mind. Thank you!
Vicente was an excellent technician! He gave a thorough explanation of the issue (defective P-trap under our bathroom sink) and was transparent with the quote. The work was performed efficiently and effectively. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and specifically Vicente for any plumbing needs.

We had a leak from our shower that caused damage to our ceiling and worried us.
