The plumbing technician, Praiseson, was knowledgeable and did a great job for me. The work I requested was professionally completed in a timely manner.
I had a cheap builder grade toilet feed line start leaking and called Roto to have it replaced. They sent Vincente, who was very knowledgeable and professional about the task he came to do, and about other needs I will have to tackle in the near future. The feed line was replaced with a much higher quality stainless…
Excellent response time, excellent by Mr Vicente. He was thorough, had very reasonable and efficient approaches to the plumbing problems which we had in our 3 bathrooms. Truly appreciate everything that was done.
The experience was disappointing and costly without resolving the issue. The technician spent significant time attempting to shut off the main water outside the property while an active leak continued inside. A simpler temporary solution—redirecting water flow to the basement—utility sink, was not initiated by him;…
Vincente was very knowledgeable and did a great job!
Vicente did an awesome job helping us with all our plumbing issues - he went above and beyond, was very knowledgeable, and professional. Very satisfied with Roto-Rooter.
Vicente was an excellent technician! He gave a thorough explanation of the issue (defective P-trap under our bathroom sink) and was transparent with the quote. The work was performed efficiently and effectively. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and specifically Vicente for any plumbing needs.
Go (5461) was fantastic. Came quickly, explained everything well, and took care of all repairs. I plan on requesting him in the future if I have any more issues.
Go 5461 was great. Quick and professional.
Was almost a whole week with them here each day - great service, great communication, very polite and careful. In particular watched and worried about my cat getting out! Very happy with all of them!
Jeff, and a trainee, arrived quickly for an emergency situation. They were knowledgeable, efficient, polite and went the extra mile to be kind and compassionate! I would have them both back in my home any day!
The tech fixed the air conditioner water backup on 7/21/23, but on 8/7/23 the water didn't flow out again, I text the problem to the company and haven't received any response from the company yet. Do not know what to do.
Great and fast experience
