Vicente was an excellent technician! He gave a thorough explanation of the issue (defective P-trap under our bathroom sink) and was transparent with the quote. The work was performed efficiently and effectively. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and specifically Vicente for any plumbing needs.

The tech fixed the air conditioner water backup on 7/21/23, but on 8/7/23 the water didn't flow out again, I text the problem to the company and haven't received any response from the company yet. Do not know what to do.
