In my apartment, I had a leakage in my pipe and Aung Came during the holiday and repaired and replaced our pipes. He was super informative about the situation and helped explain the leak leakage cause! He worked very efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner! Very grateful Aung came to our aid even during Labor Day!

A late night water leak led us to call Roto-Rooter. Vicente responded within the hour and explained that the cause was Supply line had failed. He put in an angle stop on the hot water line and returned the next day to replace the kitchen faucet. He explained everything extremely well and was quite efficient.
Service was great. Vicente was on time and explained all of my options for the repair.

Chal came today to fix and repair a drain clog . My utility sink and shower both were not draining properly. He fixed both . Everything is working great now . I requested chal because he did other jobs for me in the past and I’ve always been pleased with his work .
Was almost a whole week with them here each day - great service, great communication, very polite and careful. In particular watched and worried about my cat getting out! Very happy with all of them!
A plumber came out for an assesment at 8pm Saturday, a mold assesor on Sunday at 3, followed by a plumber to repair at 7pm, and a mold remediation team to get started on Monday. Fast, responsive and moving as quick as can be to help us get our rental back on track to usability.
