Roto-Rooter to the rescue! We had sewage backup into our home on a weekend that ended up flooding 2 levels. Vicente arrived within a few hours of our call. Based on our description of how and where the flooding started he was quickly able to find and clear the blockage which ended up being out near the street. Great emergency service.

Both Min and Jerry were very professional and courteous. The outflow pipe was unclogged and cleared of rust. We had minimal disruption to our day and the toilet through which they worked was replaced perfectly.

One week ago, we called this company and they sent a technician over the same day and cleared the sewage back up, that was good, but unfortunately the technician chipped the toilet water tank lid. I texted the company one day after the work done and asked if they could replace the lid. I never got a response back.
