Their promise of 24/7 available didn’t come true, and neither their advertised discount. I placed a call on a Saturday morning and not until Sunday afternoon around 4:00 PM somebody showed up and charged for two hours.

We had a failed sump pump issue which was floading. I called Roto Rooter plumbing and they had a technician who could be able to come within a few hours. Other companies I called said, they are not available until extra days.... The person who answer the phone was very nice an dpolite. The technician came on time…

Very fast and professional. Did a great job replacing our sump pump when it died. We found the issue around 2pm, they were here by 3pm, went to grab materials and pump was replaced by 6pm!
