Same day service is always a plus for me. Vincente was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough in his explanation of the toilet leak issue and also checked the basement area to see if there were other issues that may have resulted from the leak. Vincente explained the cost and parts showed photos and also had me check everything before he left.
I had a cheap builder grade toilet feed line start leaking and called Roto to have it replaced. They sent Vincente, who was very knowledgeable and professional about the task he came to do, and about other needs I will have to tackle in the near future. Vicente came, communicated his arrival time. He was professional, putting shoe gloves on his feet before entering the house and explaining everything to me well after diagnosing my toilet issue. He surprised me by offering to do the service same day, other plumbers I asked to come out for a quote were not available…
When I needed a plumber to come out the day I called Roto-Rooter was the only company to provide service. Other companies offer same day service but none were available until the next day.
Chal was prompt, knowledgeable and was able to repair, instead of replace, a rusted toilet valve in a very tight spot between the toilet and side wall. He walked me through the repair and was done in about an hour.d His effort to repair instead of overcharging me to replace the valve saved me about $300 in labor. Very much appreciated.
