Same day service is always a plus for me. Vincente was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough in his explanation of the toilet leak issue and also checked the basement area to see if there were other issues that may have resulted from the leak. When I needed a plumber to come out the day I called Roto-Rooter was the only company to provide service. Other companies offer same day service but none were available until the next day.
Chal was prompt, knowledgeable and was able to repair, instead of replace, a rusted toilet valve in a very tight spot between the toilet and side wall. He walked me through the repair and was done in about an hour.d His effort to repair instead of overcharging me to replace the valve saved me about $300 in labor. Very much appreciated.

The plumber was fine. He was here for about an hour, did a fairly okay job. Your prices for the service are way high, even with a $150 discount. Needless to say, I will not be using your services ever again.

Min is not responsive and lacked the knowledge to actually perform work. He wasn’t able to communicate properly and sold a service that he couldn’t deliver on. Really disappointing service.
