Great service!
I had an issue come up out of nowhere and the very next morning Rottler had a field tech out to my house. Larry D went above and beyond. He was friendly and explained how to prevent the issue from happening again and eased a lot of my worries. Will definitely call again if I ever need to!
Blake was the person performing the removal of pesty raccoons for us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. Blake was very kind, professional, and extremely polite. I hope to work more with him in the future.
10/10. We were new to the area and unaware of migratory birds nesting in air vents. Within 24 hrs, we were able to schedule Mr. Blake Abt to come and clear/clean our vents and provide covers to prevent any more nesting. Great customer service and quick turnaround for service. Thx!

Needed a groundhog removed from under my shed. The set trap caught it the first of the five days, and even caught a raccoon later in the week. Both animals removed humanely without harm. Throughout the process, Blake was professional and knowledgeable. Should I need animal removal again in the future, I’ll know where to take my business.

We called Rottler due to a family of raccoons that had decided to move into my attic. We receive prompt and professional service from our technician, Blake Abt. When retrieving our Christmas decorations from our attic, we discover a woodpecker had found its way in. We called Rottler, and Christian promptly located and removed the bird, and then found the entrance and made sure it couldn’t return. Couldn’t recommend Rottler and Christian enough!

Bird repellant disc fell down from the top of my 2 story porch, so "wildlife" guy came back out quickly and put up a different product. While he was here he also took down a hornet nest that was way up in the eaves of our second story that was too high for the pest control guy to reach while he was here earlier. All was taken care of quickly.
