Having Cody is always a pleasure attending to our townhomes units and keeping the property pest free!
We had a great experience with our tech, Silas! During the first home inspection, he took care of the yellow jacket and mud dauber nests, which was the main reason we called. He also sprayed for spiders and ants, which was a huge bonus. During the visit, he found swarmers, which prompted a full termite inspection.…
We appreciate Jerry checking about our concerns both inside/outside our home. Jerry provides a thorough report and noting his responsive and proactive efforts to eliminate insects. This is particularly important for us as we have a family member who is allergic to wasps and an home that seems like a magnet for wasps to build nests!

Bird repellant disc fell down from the top of my 2 story porch, so "wildlife" guy came back out quickly and put up a different product. While he was here he also took down a hornet nest that was way up in the eaves of our second story that was too high for the pest control guy to reach while he was here earlier. All was taken care of quickly.
Paul was very helpful and respectful to work around me while I was working from home.
Paul has provided our property with amazing service over the years. He has always left our residents happy and satisfied with his service. When Paul comes into the office he always has an upbeat attitude and is very professional with our office staff and our residents.
We’ve used Rottler for years. Service is consistent, friendly and most importantly, effective. Amanda is our new technician and is already familiar with our home and dog. We will plan to use Rottler for years to come. Goodbye bugs!
Amanda Darter with Ritter is fantastic! She works with us treating moles. When I mentioned I had been stung by a couple of yellow jackets she said she would also take care of their nest. She immediately put on her bee suit, found the nest & extinguished it! She is great to work with!! 💕
