They have come out and done exactly what they said they were going to do. They have caught one almost every time they come to check the traps. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!! After doing such a great job on the mole problem, we had them work on our spiders & mice problem. They are always amazing, and come back if we need them to.

I’ve been using Rottler for about a year now and have had absolutely zero complaints! Their customer service is phenomenal, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. This is actually the first extermination company I’ve used that I feel comfortable recommending to other people! A special shout-out to Jon White and Steve for going above and beyond and making the experience even better. It’s nice to find a company that truly cares about its customers. Riley did a really great job. He was on time, courteous, professional, kind to my pet, and took the time to wear protective covers, not track outside poison in, and be respectful of my home, property, and my pet. It was our first service with Rottler. I bombarded him with a lot of questions and concerns immediately. He listened to me really well and heard what I was saying. His response was calm and clear in communicating with me about how pest control will be handled in my home with my specific needs and concerns. He really listened to me and actively paid attention to what I was expressing concerns about. He was not condescending, annoyed or rattled by all my questions. He addressed everything in a very professional manner. Most importantly, when there was something that needed further clarification or insight for a solution, he proactively reached out to his direct report to involve him and get me the information I was asking for or to find a solution that I felt more comfortable with.They both included me in all conversations so I could have a clear understanding of what to expect from the chemicals used, the application processes, why these things work the way they do, and they also found a way to protect the inside of our home from mice without endangering the surrounding wildlife. There was a misunderstanding about the termite treatment that was minor. Riley and Mark came out the next day when they said they would, finished the treatment, and then went above and beyond to seal up some cracks that needed it. The amount of time and hassle this saved me, during a really busy time of my work, is so much appreciated. There were so many little concerns and things that needed sealing up and looked at, I really feel like they took the time and care for my home and family that they would have for their own. I have not received such great service from a company recently. Thank you so much Riley! Thank you too Mark!
Jon always great to work with. I am a social worker, communication, active listening ,understanding is important. His communication is great, he meets me where I'm at he is clear with his responses when I have questions. He follows through with what he says he will do. He knows the layout of my home and the places to hit. It's been a pleasure.
