We had an exceptional first time experience. We experienced fleas in our garage that we tried to rid of ourselves to no avail. Josh came out and explained what he was going to do and what to expect. Apparently fleas, because of their life cycle, are difficult to get rid of, however he went up and beyond what was expected and thankfully we can now use our garage. If ever a need for pest control, we will definitely use Rotler.

Hello, today while moving into my new home at Hunters Ridge Apartments in Oakville,MO. You had a pest specialist, Jasper, on site taking care of other buildings and he saw me and my family struggling to move somethings into our new home. He took the time to help us and was very pleasant and kind. My husband and I are very appreciative of his time and courtesy. He was very pleasant and kind and I think he should be praised for his service. He did not need to do this for us but chose to take.his time to help strangers in need. Thank you, Heather Pointon

I have been using Rottler Pest Control for about 2 years and have been very, very pleased with their customer service and the service tech.
I like that the same service tech, Kent, comes every time so he gets familiar with my property.
Kent confirms the appt 2 business days in advance, texts when he is about 20 minutes away, reviews what I want/need done and always makes sure all of my questions are answered before he leaves. I get camelback crickets in my basement sometimes and Kent assures me that I can call for follow up service if needed between the scheduled bi-monthly appts.
I had a different service for about 10 years and they could never get their communication to give me more than 15-20 minutes notice. I have a large dog who is protective of the yard, so they could not treat 1/2 of the property. They offered to come back, but it was the same thing, no advance notice for me to make sure that my dog would be inside.
This issue has NEVER been a problem with Rottler. What a relief! Rottler is not only professional and competent but they are also very nice.

I just recently started using Rottler for pest issues at my home. Michael H is my representative and he has been great to work with. I have had an ongoing issue with ants around the perimeter of my house that has required multiple treatments and Michael has always been prompt in responding to my requests.
I am now currently dealing with wasp infestation in my attic, which Michael was once again very prompt in responding for treatment.

These folks are exterminators. They kill everything. They use lethal poisons and traps. I just called them about a skunk under my shed. Their price was expensive and they refused to say that they would kill it once they trap it. So I did some research. I called Wildlife rescue in St louis. They gave free advice... skunks are gentle little animals. They are just hoping to survive. (We shouldn't remove wild animals from our property, because the destructive teenagers will move in and do more damage). I removed my outdoor cat food and the skunk moved on.
Rottler also uses poisons for mice. They say they use 'safer' chemicals, but anything that kills is a poison. When those sick mice are eaten by owls, fox and predators, those animals slowly die too. If you are trying to kill the Earth, keep using Rottler. Or Google Humane pest control to find other options.
