Customers frequently praise the facility's cleanliness, staff friendliness, and thorough explanations of the piercing process and aftercare. Recurring themes include accommodating young children and providing detailed guidance on jewelry options and placement. However, several reviewers criticize the business for misleading pricing structures, unresponsive phone lines, and rigid policies regarding walk-ins or minor delays that resulted in cancelled appointments.

I was very impressed with the Rowan store in The Corners and even more impressed with Rachel, who did my piercing. This was my first piercing, and Rachel made the entire experience a lot of fun. She is very good at piercing and walked me through the process. I had a great time and Rachel was a big part of that. There were two other people on staff, and they were also very kind and upbeat. The entire experience was fabulous. I highly recommend Rowan and Rachel! Joe H
