Google reviewers rate Roxys Taxes 4.9 out of 5 based on 163 reviews, noting that the owner responded to 13% of them. Customers frequently cite the team's professionalism, punctuality, and ability to explain complex tax details clearly for both personal and business returns. While many praise the reasonable fees and friendly communication, recurring low-star complaints highlight unpredictable pricing increases for additional forms and difficulties with refunding unexpected charges.

"Roxy Taxes is truly the best! I’ve been coming here for 15+ years, and they always make tax season a breeze. I worked with Cindy and Roxy this year, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took the time to explain every deduction and made sure I understood my return before filing. If you’re looking for a professional team that actually cares about your finances, go here. I left feeling confident and relieved! Everyone there is so helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend them."
