We highly recommend this company! It was great from beginning to end. Raul Lopes the Sale Rep was very professional, he came by and walked the yard with us, we wanted the deck much bigger than the old one, so he gave us few ideas on layout and where steps should go, and it turned out to be great. The working crew Justin and Fiorin, they both worked very hard and they did an amazing job. They worked fast efficiently and where as quiet as they could. Always cleaned up after work. We can't tell you adequately just how impressed we are with the job! You guys are awesome! When our deck was completed in timely and professional, Stefan GM, came by for inspection, and all was perfect! We love our new deck. Thank you, Royal Deck for an amazing job!

We chose to have the space under the stairs closed this time around, so it would look more tidy between pool noodles and other things we store under the deck. It looks really good, they added a small access door on the side which is very practical, we can still get in there to grab things and close it right back up. That skirting is the part of this whole deck project that solved a problem we'd had for a while.

We just had our deck resurfaced. The crew was there from 8 am to dusk. I couldn't be happier with the result. It is a large deck, and they completed it in record time.

Watched way too many contractor horror stories online before starting this, but Diana was very easy to work with during the permits process, which put a lot of that worry to rest early on. Build itself ran close to what we were told, maybe a day longer because of an inspection scheduling gap. They gave us a heads up about the delay though, which wasn't what I was expecting given how the last home project we did went. My experience with Royal Deck was great, I was very satisfied.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Royal Deck. From the very beginning, I went in to the office so that I could feel the materials and see all the colors. Raul was able to design the decks with the various colors, accent boards, and privacy screens as well as lighting in the posts and stairs. The final product looks AMAZING! The installation crew and Stefan were professional and extremely thorough. I am so glad to have found them and to have had such a beautiful outcome. I am planning on replacing my fencing on my property in the spring. I highly recommend them for the quality of their work and their professionalism. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

We would highly recommend Royal Deck to anyone looking to build or replace their deck! From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. We worked with Ryan, who took the time to answer all of our questions, came out to discuss exactly what we wanted, and then met with us again to review the final plans before construction began. One of the things we appreciated most was being able to visit Royal Deck’s showroom. Unlike other companies that only brought small samples, we were able to walk on the different decking materials, see the colors in person, and feel the textures for ourselves. Looking back, I’m so glad we didn’t make our decision based on a tiny sample or a picture. Ryan also showed us multiple completed projects featuring the brands and colors we were considering, which gave us so much confidence in our final choice. As a bonus, our toddler had a great time sitting on the displays and testing out his toy trucks on the different decking materials! When construction started, we were fortunate to have Stefan as project manager with his team Constantine and Adrian, and you absolutely want them on your project! They are the best team—punctual, professional, polite, cleaned up after themselves and incredibly hardworking. Our old deck was massive, falling apart, and in rough shape, yet in just a day and a half they had it completely removed and were already building the new one. Even when we made a few adjustments to the plans during construction, they handled every change without hesitation and made the process completely stress-free. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, and the finished deck is absolutely breathtaking. The entire experience—from our first meeting with Ryan to the final walkthrough with Constantine and Adrian—was exceptional. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new outdoor space and would recommend Royal Deck without hesitation to anyone considering a new deck.

I had a vision for our deck and Royal Deck were the best to get it done. We had several contractors come out to quote this deck and some were outlandishly expensive and others tried to talk me out of the open stairs that lead to the back (and as you can see, they were wrong). Luckily the crew at Royal Deck instantly got what we wanted and built this gorgeous deck for us. They were cost effective without taking away the aesthetics and in fact one thing I was sure I wanted they talked me out of and I’m so glad they did. They know their stuff on how to build decks and how they are used so trust their knowledge but also their skill. It’s been just over a year since we got this deck and we still love it. We spend so much more time in our yard lounging and I don’t regret one penny. Thanks to all who worked on this (and for some of these photos they took when it was complete). I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them for a deck!

So im very sorry I wrote a review and I forget to sing praises for Steffens the man in charge. He handled everything that helped it run so smooth and hired the more than outstanding men .

I would so love to be able to leave a review for this company -- they were recommended and based on the pictures of their work, I was looking forward to working with them. BUT...it is next to impossible to talk to an actual human at this company. Their entire scheduling and estimating process is now Artificial Intelligence based - which to their credit they are transparent about. But -- I was scheduled for an appointment which I had to cancel due to being stuck in NYC after flight cancellations and I successfully rescheduled. Got a confirmation indicating the new date. On the original date (still in NYC) I got another text confirming that someone from Royal Deck would be there within the hour. I immediately texted back and told this person (or bot?) I had rescheduled for a new date (for which I had the written confirmation.) However when the new date came around no one showed up -- my husband and I both made ourselves available and waited around for three hours. I tried to call to see if someone would still be coming -- and again found it impossible to speak to an actual human. I was promised a called back -- none came. Then I got a text confirming the appointment for the NEXT day (the same text thread shows the confirmation for the appointment that was missed.). A day or two later I got a call from someone offering to reschedule since I HAD MISSED THE APPOINTMENT -- which was clearly not the case. The person (bot?) said they would look into it and call me that same day. Again no one -- human or bot -- did so. Perhaps Royal Deck builds beautiful decks (which is what I want to do) but the process of getting a bid and some ideas is truly terrible. I am a fan of Artificial Intelligence when used correctly -- and with human intervention -- but this experience was truly terrible.

I recently had a deck built and am very happy with the craftsmanship. Lillian (I hope I spelled his name correctly) in particular was great. He was able to explain things in an understandable way and was always willing to give detail when needed, but not too much to overwhelm the customer. The initial framing in particular was very good (again credit to Lilian) I would have given 5 stars but I was quoted a specific range in terms of time to completion (by the sales folk/main office, not Lilian) and it ended up taking much longer than that. I later found out the lateness was a combination of the village permit process and the engineer internal to Royal decks making changes that the permitting office requested. I was given a small discount in regards to the lateness which I am appreciative of. I would definitely recommend Royal Deck but don't make plans around the date of completion since there are uncontrollable factors in play.
