Royal Realm Landscaping

We hired Royal Realm last summer to replace our driveway and concrete steps. We had problems with the job from the beginning. The first driveway came out in noticeably different colors and had several areas that looked poorly finished. It was bad enough that the entire driveway had to be torn out and redone. During the work, they also put about a quarter-sized hole in our garage door, which was never repaired. Now the concrete steps are already crumbling after just one year. The surface is breaking off on the tops, edges, and sides, and in some places the aggregate is exposed. The damage has continued to get worse. I contacted Royal Realm about a month ago because the work is still under warranty. I did not get a response, so I followed up again and still have not heard back. We paid over $17,000 for this project, so we expected much better workmanship and follow-up. After already having to go through the first driveway being torn out and redone, it is very frustrating to now have another problem with the concrete and no response about the warranty.

Dustin and his crew were professional and hard-working. They showed up on the day that was scheduled and were on time every day. I have future projects that requires a contractor and will be rescheduling.

Needed job done couldn't find any one to do it. I called Royal Realm Landscaping made appointment . They called to say be a few minutes late. Which was very nice. Showed up looked at job as I told him I was in time crush. He thought a minute said I have tools on truck I'll do it now. Was very pleasant fixed my problem in a very professional way. What I needed was my cement cut so wiring could be buried . Was time consuming an after he had worked all day. Very happy I called Justin .I feel any one else would have put me off for was at 5:30 in evening appointment

I had Royal Realm Landscaping install a driveway and it was first done at the end of June 2025 it looked great..but now I am highly disappointed in the way it looks. I asked him if there was any special treatments for the winter and was told it would be fine. I bought de-icer that was made for concrete and by February my driveway was crumbling. He came back out and instead of pouring a new top coat of concrete or making it look like it did when first poured it was patched in spots and it is awful looking. For the price I paid I expected it to look like a brand new driveway. Would not recommend now! The driveway is definitely not worth the price paid. Months later and it looks terrible. I can’t power wash it because the top layer is coming off. I left another message for Dustin several months ago and have heard nothing. I have been told by several people that I was taken advantage of on the price. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I wouldn’t give them even one star now..😡

Royal Realm did an excellent job identifying my basement sewer issue. They efficiently removed the concrete and replaced the sewer line, all while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Dustin and his team demonstrated great attention to detail and were very easy to collaborate with.

Dustin and his crew installed a patio in my backyard and I could not be happier with how it turned out! He was professional, reliable, and worked hard from start to finish. The pricing was fair and the work was worth it! They got the work done quickly without sacrificing quality. He went above and beyond to ensure the final product. I will definitely be using them for more products in the future.

I had them pour my driveway. 11 yards of concrete. They ran out of concrete twice. The first time they ran out another truck came. The second time was 8:30 at night. Now the driveway is two different colors. On top of that the finish is awful. When I said it needed redone, they told me I had to pay up front to cover the cost of the the addition concrete. I declined. I short paid the job for the poor results. They claim to be professionals, but my driveway looks terrible, it cracked within a month, now the surface layers are flaking off. One of the fan outs on the end are broken off. I texted Dustin about it and he said he would be out next week. That was months ago. He never came. They do fast work but the final finish is awful. I would not recommend them for concrete work. They offer demolition services, that might be their forte.
