Fantastic grooming experience from start to finish! The process was easy, the pricing was great, and the groomers were friendly and caring. My dog came out looking fantastic and smelling so fresh. I’d definitely recommend their grooming services to anyone looking for quality care.
-Doesn’t listen to client requests -Rude -Excuses to charge more Wish i could give this place ZERO stars. I took my dog there for a shampoo and grooming. When i got there the lady in the front said my dog was “matted” therefor having to cut her pretty much bald. I tried to say if they could please leave her a little furry and they kept going back and forth with me making me feel very uncomfortable. My dog hadn’t been to the groomer in a couple of months i know her fur wasn’t bad, i shower her and condition her frequently. She kept insisting, so i decided to move forward with the service and left her. I SHOULD’VE JUST LEFT. But decided to respect the appointment i made. The service was 70$ all together with the up charge due to the “matte”. which is clearly and excuse to charge more money. $70 for a BALD haircut on my dog that I DIDNT want. Wanted to support small businesses. Such a disappointment.
