So happy and grateful to Royalty Pluming and Drain. Very accommodating and helpful. Jonathan Sal and Viviana thank you so much. I appreciate all the work. My restroom looks good, happy with the results. Royalty removed damaged restroom floor, replaced with new floor insulation plus replacement of 3 toilets in the home and replaced water heater. Definitely recommend Royalty Plumbing and Drain. They also offer financing and the best part for me they removed and replaced everything which is nice no need to look for another company to finish the job. Very professional as well no mess. They left everything clean.

Our air conditioning was leaking so much that it caused our ceiling to have holes. We really needed AC upstairs and couldn't use our AC. Serv was so fast, came in 1 day, fixed our issue in 2 hours. They diagnosed that our second bedroom had a clogged sink so they unclogged our bathroom line and replaced our freon. So thankful so the fast and efficient service!! Reasonably priced for quick and solution oriented service!

I called them up earlier today for a kitchen sink piping replacement and backup in my condo unit. Jon showed up exactly on time about 1.5 hours later. He assessed the situation quickly, came back with the necessary parts...and did an epic job with such efficiency and professionalism! And he was upfront with pricing..which was very reasonable for the scope of the job. I'm so happy with the outcome, and definitely keeping royalty plumbing on my call list and referrals.

Our water service line ruptured, and we walked outside to a massive stream of water spraying ten feet into the air at the side of the house. So glad we reached out to the Royalty team for help! While it took LADWP about 2 hours to come out and check out the problem, they were here within 15 mins and immediately got to work. Sal was our tech and he was awesome -- super friendly, knowledgeable, walked us through what caused the problem, and answered all of our questions. He even added a new water shut off valve in case we experienced another emergency. Three hours later, our pipes were repaired and our water was back on. Can't recommend them enough!

Royal team is great! Called 3-4 plumbers to replace two water heaters. Their pricing was clear and also offered details and options when asked. Plus they were available to perform the work the next day to keep my renters happy. Their team of 3 took care of the installation, and picked up supplies as needed to customize the vent installation. Love supporting local, smart, and hard working folks. Give them a call!

I have managed a multi unit condo complex in Claremont for several years. Royalty have been our plumbers forever since the building was built (many years). I keep meaning to give them a shout out because they simply always come through for me/us. For minor and major issues. Seven days a week. I had to call them out last week at 10:00 pm for a *major* issue. They came in 20 minutes and were great (every tenant was upset about the issue and I was so relieved/grateful for their speediness). Chris answers the phone day/night and is always a pleasure! I simply cannot recommend them highly enough!

I first reached out because the gas company said I had a leak at my earthquake sensor and they turned off my gas. I reached out to Royalty and he immediately said he would be right out. He fixed everything quickly and did a great job. I had my gas back on the same day. About a month later (2 days ago) I reached out to him and ended up having him install a Moen Flo on my water line, again perfect service. I have now used him three times and he will continue to be my first call with any issues. Definitely recommend for any plumbing and gas needs.
