The entire experience with Rozga Plumbing was fantastic! Andrea was great … from understanding my plumbing issue and getting me scheduled for service the same day.
The pre-service communication was also top notch; I received text and email Notifications that included the name and picture of my plumber that would be coming; Matt K also called me before his arrival. Matt quickly diagnosed the issue , gave me a verbal explanation of what he was going to do , and took care of the issue. He was friendly, knowledgable and wanted to be sure he answered any questions I had. Another small detail that shows he cares… he put on booties before walking through our house to get to the basement. Very customer focused and will be my ‘go to’ plumber.
I had a great experience using Rozga. They were able to get out to me same day, were up front about their pricing, and the plumber was extremely thorough, explanatory, and friendly.

This was my first experience working with this company and I am really impressed. I called late Sunday night when I discovered water all over my basement floor, and Dan H gave me clear, helpful information about how to safely triage the situation until a tech could come out. I called back Monday morning and was able to schedule service within 24 hours. Dan came and gave me clear information about the work that would need to be done and a no-pressure choice about whether or not to do an additional, non-essential repair. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Everyone I have interacted with at this company has been prompt, friendly, helpful, and professional. I will definitely seek them out again.

Our toilet started leaking and I pulled it off, thinking all it needed was a new wax ring. But when I saw that the plastic flange was broken, I knew it was beyond my skill level. Ray replaced the flange with a stainless steel one and raised it to the proper height. Total time was one hour and well worth the money. He even checked the tightness on the other toilets. Great job.

I am so impressed and happy I choose Rozga plumbing. It started with the phone call, the gal on the phone was very polite, and did not seemed rushed while answering all my questions. Dan reached out letting me know he was enroute with an approximate time, which was actually before the scheduled appointment time! He also was super patient, and very kind with me as I threw a lot at him at once. He addressed all my concerns as well as took time to answer all my questions and informed me of things I wasn't aware of.
Now days it seems like half the people are super late or don't even show up.
If your looking for reliable, kind, honest, and reasonably priced plumbing work I would absolutely recommend Rozga!
They have gained a future customer!
