We visited this grooming service in 2025. During our visit, a staff member let multiple dogs loose in the salon, including our own, which could have been dangerous. We were also double-charged, and despite contacting management, our refund was never issued. While the business has since closed, I wanted to share our experience to help others be cautious if they consider this service or if it reopens in the future. The handling of dogs and billing practices were unsafe and unprofessional

Do not bring your cat here. They did not give a cut the way I asked. They’ve just shaved all the way, and not even in a good way. They are terrible!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your cat's grooming. Our team always strives to follow client instructions while prioritizing each pet's safety and comfort. In some cases, the desired style isn't safely achievable as not all cats tolerate grooming which can limit what can be safely completed for everyone involved. If there were concerns, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them at pickup, when you inspected your pet. Please feel free to reach out so we can discuss your concerns further.
I called for a quick nail trim and they got my sweet girl in right away! They did an amazing job and were even able to get cleaning drops in her ears which is something she rarely allows anyone to do. They are super nice and the prices are amazing! I will definitely be bringing her back for her next pawdicure!
She went from the last pic to the first 3 pics. Wonderful, wonderful Job. Dior was matted real bad and now you can’t even tell. I truly Appreciate and very Thankful for her Grooming Service shout to you guys the Best
