Customers frequently praise the shop for quick service, often completing tire changes or repairs within minutes, and highlight affordable pricing for both new and used tires. The owner is described as friendly, professional, and responsive to last-minute requests, with many noting that the work is done efficiently and honestly. However, two low-star reviews criticize the business for inflated emergency pricing and misleading assessments of tire condition, suggesting a potential pattern of overcharging vulnerable customers.

Ruben is a great guy and gave me a good price for a used tire, which included balancing. It was a quick 10-minute visit. The place was harder to find because Google Maps is slightly incorrect with the turn. Look out for the 'Lincoln Plaza' sign and turn there.
