Customers frequently praise the company for thorough stain removal, odor elimination, and careful handling of delicate fibers, often noting that technicians test cleaning solutions before application. The service is described as professional, efficient, and reliable, with results that restore texture and appearance. However, a recurring criticism involves jobs being subcontracted to third-party contractors or unexpected price increases for deep cleaning, which some reviewers linked to poor outcomes and residual chemical residues.

The cleaner allowed the top crust to dry, extracted the loose particulates with a multi-stage HEPA dry vacuum, and completed a deep scalding-water rinse.
