Very helpful, friendly, and responsive. I had a hard time finding insurance as a lot of folks were not responding, but Victor responded quickly with a lot of helpful info. He made the process much easier.

This insurance agent Mollu was very rude and is not a person that you want to buy insurance with. When I sent her pictures that she did not like and she did t even tell me that they were not good enough after she said she would work on a quote. She just stopped communicating with me until I called to ask if she had finished my quote yet. Only then did she tell me that my pictures were wrong. Terrible company to work with.

After reviewing the communication history, the delays were a result of receiving photos that did not meet the underwriting requirements. Each time photos were submitted, our agent provided feedback explaining why the images could not be used and what was needed to proceed. Clear guidelines were shared up front, and we rely on accurate photos in order to produce an accurate quote. When updated photos were still not provided, the process could not move forward. We understand this can be inconvenient, but these requirements come directly from underwriting—not from personal preference. We strive to communicate promptly and professionally, and we regret if that did not come across. Molly dahlke is a very nice lady. I enjoyed talking with her, even though we didn't get insurance thru mutual she was very thoughtful and helped us in the direction to get what we need.

Great experience working w/ Victor and team. Not only did I get more coverage in my auto and home, but I added an Umbrella coverage and still saved money. Was a no brainer to move from where I was to Rural Mutual!!!
