We had the privilege of working with Angela throughput our home buying experience and could not have asked for a better agent. Moving from another state seemed like an a impossible task but Angela's professional, flawless communication, and commitment to us as clients made it possible. We will recommend Angela and Russell Real Estate over and over again.
Pat Pellerite has been a nightmare to work with. He has overstepped professional boundaries time and time again. He is the agent for the seller of a house that I entered into a contract with. My lender made a mistake in pre-approving me and my loan fell apart at underwriting. Per our contract, our agreement is null and void if financing cannot be obtained. Instead of going our separate ways and the seller signing the release, we have spent a month at a stalemate. Rather than accepting that my loan was denied and I cannot buy this house, he has requested my personal information from my lender. He is demanding to know exactly why I was denied, rather than accepting the generic denial letter he was provided. From what my lender has said, Pat has refused to speak to them in writing, demanding that they speak on the phone so they “don’t have time to prepare answers.” He even went as far as reaching out to my workplace (AFTER he was sent the release), inquiring whether I was still employed. Completely shady and overstepping. Even if it is the seller calling the shots and refusing to sign the release, that level of unprofessionalism is absolutely ridiculous. My earnest money is just sitting in escrow and I just have to sit here and wait for him and the seller to be professionals and accept that I cannot buy a house without a loan.
Hands down great a great realtor and company to work with if you’re looking for a new home. As a sight unseen out of state buyer Incouldnt have asked for a better buying experience.
