I had a great experience with Ryan Comstock and his new real estate company. I am the Personal Representative for my late brother's estate. This is the first time I've been an executor of an estate and I was largely doing it on my own with very little help from my other siblings. To say the least, it's been a very difficult summer. I have sold a few houses in my time and this was a cash transaction with no encumbrances so I thought it would go smoothly. Unfortunately, the title company the buyer chose was difficult to work with and not sympathetic at all. To compound the situation, the buyer was an investor who was trying to eke out every savings in the purchase. Ryan stepped in and handled everything so efficiently. I did not have to keep explaining that this was my late brother's home to each title company team member, he listened to me vent about my situation, and was patient with the investor who purchased the property. I don't know what I would have done if he hadn't stepped up and taken care of this transaction with empathy and efficiency. Ryan was fantastic to work with! He went above and beyond helping me with every little detail I was clueless about. I was very nervous and recently widowed and Ryan was very sympathetic to my situation. He took the time and listened to me. He gave me suggestions on what to do and even offered to help me. With all of his help and support my house sold. I am a very hard person to impress and I don't take direction well but Ryan treated me like a person instead of just a client. If you're looking to sell or buy a home, I highly recommend Ryan. You will not be disappointed.
