Rude over the phone to me when asking for simply information over the phone relating to their services. Unprofessional and poor customer service.
I called on the phone number listed under the Google reviews. A man answered and I said are you a tree cutting company. He said yes. I said I am located in Brooklyn. I asked him politely, where are you located. He said. Chicago, in a very wise ass tone and then hung up. Bad customer service. Do you really want any new business talking to potential customers like that? Do not use this company.

I called this person to help bring my cat down from the tree, and he said it cost $1700 to bring him down, and I said that's a bit expensive. I offered to give $400, but he rudely said, Why don't you bring him down?. Very rude to say to a customer.I heard good things about this business but have never been spoken to like that. I was even recommended by NYPD
This guy is a scammer. He tells you the estimate is $45.00, he comes out to see the job, gives an exaggerated price, then takes the money and doesn't give you a receipt. He smelled like cigarettes and was completely disheveled.
These guys were the only ones to come out on a Sunday to save my cat after three days stuck in a tree . Great people!
This company charges $45 just for a consultation. Other companies allow you to send pictures to them instead. I think they do this to screen jobs. They only seem to want to do big jobs. The person who came to see my property was Giovanni. He was rather rushed about everything, and quoted rather expensively. I texted him to negotiate, but he never responded. I think trying out other companies that accept photos is better.
Just had an absolutely ridiculous experience with Giovanni. We reached out for an opinion regarding shrubbery that surrounds our property. It has lost about 70% of its leaves in the past few months and has a white substance all over the bark and few leaves that remain so I believe it has scale or some other type of fungus or disease. Giovanni looked at the plant for about 10 seconds before saying that it looks beautiful and it’s fine. His professional opinion was to “leave it and see what happens”. He also walked into my yard with a lit cigarette that he continued to smoke and tried giving my two year old child a high five. I’m very sorry but this person is a joke and shouldn’t be calling himself a certified arborist. Maybe certified scam artist. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.
