Anthony was very thorough and took the time to complete a detailed inspection. Afterward, he walked me through the findings, explained the items that needed attention, and patiently answered all my questions. He also shared valuable tips on what to look out for after moving into our new home.
I really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend S4 Inspections to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable home inspection service!
Anthony did an exceptional job on our inspection. He was very thorough and detailed in his report. He also called us and answered any questions we might have.
This guy knows his stuff! It was so easy to schedule online, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time for the inspection, had a great knowledge base about houses and sewer lines, and was so fun to be around. He did a great explaining his findings and teaching me about aspects of the home. Highly recommend!

Anthony did a thorough inspection on our new (to us) house I and was impressed. He explained his findings in detail, written and in person. The best part was Anthony had graded the findings into 3 categories from “needs attention” to moderate/less severe, etc. I highly recommend this business.
