As a new business owner, I had a previous accountant who was unprofessional and very inconsistent. He didn't prepare me or help me when I needed it, and it became extremely overwhelming. I was missing tax filing dates, deadlines were approaching, and fees were piling up. Running out of time, I reluctantly tried 1-800Accountant and got pushed and peddled unnecessary services, fees, and subscriptions. When I spoke with the team, the lady on the call was eating food and couldn't communicate anything that well. I immediately knew I had to go. With only about a week or two left before the final deadline and more fees coming, I asked around as a last chance effort and was recommended Saadi. He got on a call, understood my needs right away, and I knew immediately I was in good hands. Extremely good pricing and value for the work done. Saadi immediately got to work, asked the right questions, made sure everything was in order, and got everything done before the deadline. He saved me a lot of money and stress, and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I highly recommend Saadi and appreciate the high quality, amazing value, and excellent customer service. If I ever need accounting services again, I won't look elsewhere!
