This is a long overdue review. Craig replaced our pool filter because it had sprung a leak. He had a competitive quote and the inspection, removal and installation took no time at all. The work was done well. I found him to be honest and reliable.

We are so happy to have found Saddleback pool services. Our former pool service company was doing horrible work. Our pool was full of algae. Criag and his team have done their due diligence to make sure that our pool is healthy, clean and free of algae he dedicated the first two weeks showed up two times a week to make sure that the algae problem was cleared. We are beyond happy with their service. And their expertise knowledge.

Well organized, do a great job, good communication, on time, send you text messages when they are on the way, and email reports on the services conducted with photos. Couln't be happier with them. I went with them after my last pool service never fixed my booster pump or a flow issues with my hot tub (four months). Saddleback Mountain Pool had it diagnosed and fixed in three days.

The best pool service we have ever had! Craig is always on time and follows his schedule. His prices are certainly fair and our pool water looks crystal clear. He also spends time taking care of the pool instead of just pouring chemicals in the water and leaving after five minutes!

I’ve been looking for someone to service the big fountain in my backyard. The fountain has a pump and filter system similar to that for pools that’s why several companies that service fountains weren’t able to handle it.
