We switched our business to Safe and Secure from a competitor on the recommendation of a locksmith we used for our doors. The install went smoothly the install guys were professional and did a great job -they patiently showed us how to use our system in ways we didn’t know we could with the old security company. The office and staff are very responsive and it’s so affordable- We very much recommend this company to anyone

We recently had a hardwired security system installed by Safe and Secure, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. John, our salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all of our options without ever making us feel pressured.
Our installation team — Manny, Sebastian, and Gabriel — were outstanding. They were professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and clearly very skilled at what they do. You can tell they take pride in their work.
There was a small hiccup during the installation process, but what really stood out was the company’s accountability. They addressed the issue immediately and made sure everything was handled properly. That level of responsibility and customer care is rare these days and very much appreciated.
Overall, we’re extremely happy with the system and the service we received. If you’re looking for a security company that is professional, responsive, and stands behind their work, Safe and Secure is a fantastic choice.

I had a great experience with this security alarm company from start to finish. The scheduling process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything was handled professionally.
John, the technician, was outstanding. He arrived on time, explained the system in detail, and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. He was knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing.
The installation was clean and efficient, and the system works perfectly. I feel much more secure and confident knowing everything was set up properly. I highly recommend this company—especially if you get John as your technician!
